What Space Do You Need to Set Up?
Ideally a space around 10×15 feet works best, though I can work comfortably in a 10×10 area too. A private room is nice because people relax more when they’re not being watched by coworkers, but it’s not a must. I’ve set up in hallways, ballrooms, and busy open offices too. The only real requirement is a standard electrical outlet nearby.
How Long Does Each Headshot Take?
For larger teams or conference attendees, I can photograph 20 to 30 people an hour and still make sure everyone looks their best. If you want a more relaxed pace for a smaller leadership team, I usually recommend planning 10 to 15 minutes per person.
How Fast Will My Team Get the Final Photos?
My standard turnaround is 24 hours for the full retouched gallery. If you need a few images same day for a press release or social post, just let me know and I’ll get those to you right away.
Do You Travel Outside of Tampa?
Yes. I regularly work with teams in St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lakeland, and Sarasota, and I’m available to travel further for companies that need consistent headshots across multiple offices.
Can Everyone See Their Photo Before They Leave?
Yes, and this is one of my favorite parts of the process. I shoot tethered (my camera is wired to my computer), so each photo pops up on a screen right after I take it. Everyone gets to approve their own shot before stepping away, so nobody leaves wondering how it turned out.
