How Headshot Pricing Works

Every headshot project is a little different, so I price by what you actually need. Here is how each option works and what moves the number, so you know what to expect before you reach out.

Your options

Three Ways to Work With Me

Pick the one that fits, or tell me about your project and I will recommend it.

Studio sessions

Sessions in my Ybor City studio start at $225, and each image you keep is priced separately. I coach your posture and expression, you see the images as I shoot, and you choose your favorites.

On-site for teams

Priced by team size. A minimum booking covers the first six people, then each additional person is priced on a sliding scale, so larger teams pay less per person. I spend 7 to 10 minutes with everyone.

Headshot booths

Priced by the hours you book. A booth suits conferences, trade shows, and company events, where I take three to four images of each guest and deliver them automatically.

Not sure which fits? Tell me about it in the form above and I will point you in the right direction.

What shapes your quote

Three Things That Set the Price

These are the details I ask about, so your quote is accurate the first time.

Team size

The number of people sets the base. The minimum covers the first six people, and every person after that is priced on a sliding scale. A group of 7 and a group of 70 have very different per-person costs.

Location

Work in the Tampa Bay area has no travel charge. For longer trips, travel is itemized in your quote, and flights and hotels are billed at their actual cost.

Time and format

Sessions are priced by the number of people. Booths are priced by the hours booked. Rush delivery and extras are quoted up front if you want them.

Booking

Deposits and Scheduling

Simple terms, so nothing surprises you.

Deposit

A deposit holds your date: $50 for individual sessions and $250 for corporate sessions and booths. It goes toward your balance.

Balance

The balance is due the day of the session.

Rescheduling

If plans change, I will make every attempt to reschedule, up to a year out.

Out of town

For work outside Florida or far from Tampa, I quote travel up front. Any travel already booked for your date is billed at cost.

Questions about terms? Ask me before you book and I will answer them plainly.
