What space do you need to set up the mobile studio?

I regularly set up at the Orange County Convention Center, Gaylord Palms Resort, Rosen Centre Hotel, Hyatt Regency Orlando, Marriott World Center, and corporate offices throughout Orange, Seminole, and Osceola counties. If your venue isn’t on that list, it’s not a problem . I travel to any location in the Orlando metro area and handle all setup independently.

For high-volume corporate headshots Orlando conferences and staff sessions, I can photograph 20–30 people per hour. For executive leadership sessions where we want more variety, I recommend scheduling 10–15 minutes per person for a more personalized approach.
