New York • On-site corporate headshots
New York offices rarely have space to spare, and your team is probably split across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. I bring a compact studio to your office so everyone is photographed with the same look.

Before the session
Every building has a vendor checklist. I work through it before the day.
Most Manhattan buildings require one, often with specific wording. Send me the requirements and I will have it ready.
Midtown and downtown towers reserve freight elevators for vendors. Tell me your slot and I will arrive on time.
A 10 by 15 foot area, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi. A conference room or an empty corner works.
Send names and times. I run 30 or more people an hour, so most teams finish quickly.
Anything else your building needs? Put it in the form and I will answer in my reply.
Why New York teams hire me
Your team stays in the office, and the results look like one set.
Space is at a premium in New York. I only need a 10 by 15 foot area, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi, and a conference room usually works.
Teams are spread across boroughs and the river. I can schedule several office visits into a single trip.
Midtown and downtown towers have strict vendor rules, from insurance to freight elevator windows. I plan load-in with your building manager before I arrive.
Want to talk it through first? Call or text me and I will help you plan.
A sample project
A worked example for New York, so you can picture the day. It is a sample, not a past job.
Eighteen people in an office with limited space.
I set up in a conference room with a compact setup, photograph each person in a few minutes, and wrap up quickly. Files arrive the same day.
I price this by team size, with travel quoted separately. See how pricing works or send me your headcount for an itemized quote.

A short process for a busy office

I confirm the freight elevator slot, send insurance, and build the schedule. For New York, I fly in with a portable studio.
I set up in a small footprint, photograph each person quickly, and deliver retouched files the same day.
Proof from recent projects

Photographed 15 financial executives on-site for their wealth management division.
Partnered with their insurtech team in Tampa to capture modern headshots for 16 professionals.
Where I work
I travel to offices across the New York area. If your team is split between Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey, I can schedule the locations into one trip. From my base in Tampa, Florida, I bring the studio to you.
Portable studio
A compact setup that fits in a conference room, and finished headshots that match across the whole team.

Good to know
Yes. I am based in Tampa and travel to New York for team projects. I fly in with a portable studio.
Pricing depends on team size and travel. A minimum booking covers the first six people, then each additional person is priced on a sliding scale, so larger teams pay less per person. See how pricing works or send me your details for an itemized quote.
