A private room is recommended so your team members feel free from distraction, which helps me coach the best expressions. However, privacy is not a requirement. I can adapt to busy ballrooms, hallways, or open offices as long as there is a standard electrical outlet.
For high-volume staff or conference attendees, I can photograph 20–30 people per hour. For executive leadership sessions where we want more variety, I recommend scheduling 10–15 minutes per person for a more personalized approach.
My standard turnaround time for the full edited gallery is 48 hours (2 business days). If you have a press release or immediate social media needs during a conference, I can deliver select images on-site or same-day.
