Cybersecurity Headshots On-Location Team Portraits in Tampa and Nationwide

Cybersecurity headshots have a different job than most corporate portraits. Your buyers trust you with their data, so the people on your team page need to look real, capable and easy to talk to. I bring a portable studio to your office, you review retouched frames on a screen as I shoot, and your whole team ends up with a matching set.

Photographing Tampa professionals and teams

Why it matters

Why Cybersecurity Headshots Matter More Than You Think

Buyers vet security vendors before they ever book a demo. They read your team page, your LinkedIn profiles, your conference bios and your investor deck, and every one of them shows a face. When your company sells trust, a mismatched set of photos taken years apart by different photographers quietly says the opposite.

There is a second reason. Security teams spend all day learning to spot what is fake, so authentic, natural photos of the real people on your team back up the message. I keep the retouching light and the expressions real.

How it works

How I Photograph Cybersecurity Teams On Location

I bring a portable studio to your office, a conference room or a coworking common area. For Frame Security, that was a shared space in Rocky Point. The setup is a large key light and a kicker hairlight, with tape on the floor so each person lands in the same spot. That keeps the lighting and framing consistent from the first person to the last.

I shoot tethered to a laptop, and you see retouched frames on a screen as we go. We pick the best frame together and tweak small things like micro-expressions in the moment. If you want a natural look instead of a styled one, say so up front. For Frame, the earlier set felt too polished, so I kept it real.

I work with cybersecurity teams across Tampa Bay, including Westshore, Rocky Point, downtown Tampa, Water Street and Ybor City, and I travel nationwide. Read how it went in my Frame Security case study.

How I Match Your Existing Team Headshots

When a team page mixes photos from two sessions, the background shift shows right away. I can take the background color from your current headshots and match it exactly, so new portraits sit next to the old ones with no visible seam.

Send me a few of your existing photos when you ask for a quote. New hires can come later, either at my Tampa headshot studio or on location, and still blend in.

Team days

Photographing a Whole Cybersecurity Team

For Frame Security, I photographed 20 people and a group shot in about three and a half hours, including setup and breakdown. I need about 10 by 15 feet and one outlet, and I schedule around your team’s calendar so everyone stays productive.

Teams of about 20 or more are the best fit for travel, and smaller teams are welcome to ask. See my corporate headshots page for how team days work in general.

Where it is used

Where Your Cybersecurity Team Headshots Will Work for You

Your team page, LinkedIn, conference speaker bios, sales decks, investor materials and press all use the same image. One consistent set across all of them builds recognition. Tell me where the photos are going and I will crop them for each place.

Cybersecurity Headshots: Common Questions

For Frame Security, 20 headshots plus a group photo took about three and a half hours on site, including setup and breakdown. A smaller team takes less time. For about 20 people, plan on roughly a half day, and most of that is setup and breakdown that does not interrupt anyone’s work.

Yes. I travel for teams across the country, and teams of about 20 or more are the best fit. See my on-site corporate headshots page for the cities I cover, including New York.

Yes. I light for natural skin and real expressions, and I keep retouching light. If your team wants a more styled look with hair and makeup, I can plan for that too. Tell me the direction when you ask for a quote.

Anywhere there is about 10 by 15 feet of floor space and an outlet: a conference room, a lobby or a coworking common area. For Frame Security I worked in a shared area in Rocky Point, in Tampa’s Westshore business district.

I shoot tethered to a laptop, so you see retouched frames on a screen as we go. We pick the best frame together right then, and we can adjust expressions while you are still in the chair.
