Before the session
Large buildings have rules for vendors. I deal with them ahead of time.
Large Loop towers often require a certificate and vendor paperwork. Send me the forms and I will return them quickly.
Many Chicago buildings schedule the freight elevator and dock for vendors. Tell me your window and I will arrive within it.
A 10 by 15 foot area, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi.
Winter arrival and equipment load-in are planned around the weather so the schedule holds.

Where I work
I travel to offices across the city and suburbs. If your team is spread between downtown and the suburbs, I can group the locations into one trip. I live in Tampa, Florida and pack the whole studio when I travel.
