Team pricing
One minimum, then a lower rate as your team grows.
Covers lighting setup and breakdown and fully retouched portraits for the first six people.
Each additional person is priced on a sliding scale, so a team of 50 pays less per person than a team of 8.
Travel outside Tampa Bay is itemized in your quote, with flights and hotels billed at their actual cost.
Your private gallery is ready the same day, and always within 24 hours.

Before the session
Most office buildings have a few requirements. I take care of them before I arrive.
I carry insurance and can send a certificate to your building or property manager before the session.
Tell me where the loading dock, freight elevator, or parking is, and I will plan arrival around your building’s hours.
I need a 10 by 15 foot area, one power outlet, and good Wi-Fi. A conference room usually works.
Send me a list of names and time slots. I run about 30 or more people per hour, so most teams are done quickly.
Need something else for your building? Add it to your quote request and I will confirm it in my reply.

Send your headcount, office address, and a few possible dates. I reply with a flat-rate quote within 24 hours.

Yes. I am a corporate headshot photographer based in Tampa, Florida, and I photograph employee teams in offices across the United States. I fly in with a portable studio, or drive for cities that are close to Tampa.
I set up a small studio in a conference room or open area at your office. Each person spends a few minutes with me, gets coached on posture and expression, and sees their image before they leave. Retouched files for the whole team arrive the same day.
Most people are done in about 7 to 10 minutes, including coaching and a look at their image. I send you a schedule with time slots so nobody waits around.
Outside Florida, a team of about 20 or more is the best fit. I quote smaller groups case by case, and teams in Florida can be any size.
