This is a made-up plan, not a past job. It shows how a Charlotte project could look from start to finish.
Forty people on three floors of an Uptown tower, including advisors who meet clients and need current photos for the website and LinkedIn.
One conference room becomes the studio. People rotate through in short slots, with a pause at midday, and the last frame is shot by evening. Retouched files come back that day.

Before the session
Most office towers have a few requirements. I take care of them before I get there.
Uptown towers usually want a certificate of insurance and a visitor list before a vendor comes up. Send me the requirements and I will have everything ready.
Many Uptown buildings route vendors through a loading dock or a parking deck. Tell me the hours and the elevator rules and I will plan the load-in around them.
A 10 by 15 foot area, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi is all I ask for. A conference room or a quiet part of an open floor works.
Send me names and time slots. People step away for a few minutes and go straight back to work.

Tell me how many people, which office, and a few dates that work. A flat-rate quote comes back within 24 hours.
I coordinate with your building manager on insurance, load-in, and timing. For Charlotte, I fly in from Tampa with a portable studio. Teams of about 20 or more are the best fit, and I quote smaller groups case by case.
I set up, coach each person, and photograph the team in short slots. You get retouched files the same day.
