Before the session
Office parks and downtown buildings each have their own rules. I handle them ahead of time.
Office parks in Deerwood Park and Baymeadows and the downtown towers often ask for a certificate of insurance. Send me what they need and I will have it ready.
Downtown garages and shared docks have their own hours. Tell me where to park and when the freight elevator is free.
A 10 by 15 foot space, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi is enough. A training room, break room, or quiet corner of the floor is plenty.
