Before the session
Office towers and business parks have their own rules, and the climate adds a few. I plan for both.
Many Phoenix and Scottsdale buildings ask for a certificate of insurance before a vendor can enter. Send me the requirements and I will have it ready.
Downtown garages and shared docks have limited hours. Tell me the best entrance and I will plan an early arrival.
All I ask for is a 10 by 15 foot space, one outlet, and solid Wi-Fi. A conference room, training room, or quiet corner will do.
Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time all year. I confirm the time zone when we set the schedule, so nobody shows up an hour off.
