This is a sample plan I wrote, not a past job. It shows how a Dallas project could be organized.
Eighty people split between two office buildings in Las Colinas, from analysts to directors, who need matching photos for the website and internal directory.
One room in each building becomes the studio over two days. People rotate through in short slots, and both rooms are lit and framed identically. Files from each day come back that evening.

Before the session
Big buildings mean more paperwork, and I would rather finish it ahead of time.
Large towers and corporate campuses almost always want a certificate of insurance and a vendor form. Send me the paperwork and I will return it quickly.
Tell me where to park, how to get badged, and when the freight elevator is available. I plan the load-in around your building.
In each building I need a 10 by 15 foot space, one outlet, and solid Wi-Fi. A conference room or training room is plenty.
Send me names and time slots by floor or department. A steady rhythm of short sessions keeps even large teams moving.
