Before the session
Most office buildings have a few requirements. I take care of them before I arrive.
Many Raleigh and Durham office buildings ask for a certificate of insurance before a vendor can enter. Send me the requirements and I will have it ready.
Downtown garages and shared loading areas have limits. Tell me the loading hours and parking rules and I will plan around them.
A 10 by 15 foot area, one outlet, and good Wi-Fi. Many teams use a conference room or an open area near the elevators.
Send me names and time slots. At about 30 or more people an hour, nobody is away from their bench or desk for long.
